About me
Rita Arnold is a Lead Engineering Project Manager at AAM in their Electrification Division. In this position, Rita has led many cross-functional teams in developing systems and subsystems of AAM’s innovative Electric Drive Unit (EDU) business. Rita began her career at AAM in 2015 in Validation and developed a passion for Project Management soon thereafter and has applied her expertise to several programs both in traditional ICE products and now in the electrification space. Rita has also worked at DaimlerChrysler (now Stellantis), Linamar, NSF International and the University of Windsor. Rita holds a BASc. And a MASc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor (Ontario, Canada).
